Autoquote software on Windows 7

I am using autoquote software on my windows 7 while trying to add receipts to it, it gives the following error can anyone tell how to resolve it?

The receipt amount exceeds the amounts allocated to invoices Overpayments in foreign currencies are not allowed. You must issue a debit note (and a credit note if desired) for this customer

Autoquote software on Windows 7

Dear Valerie Kely,

You have to use your own currency in your auto quote software, because foreign currency is not allowed on auto quote software, and your problem showing that your receipt amount exceeds the amounts allocated to invoices overpayment in foreign currencies. You have to issue a debit note or a credit note for your customer.
