Ava Pa 4 displaying Error 27137

Hello,

I have a question:

When trying to send text message (send SMS) via  Ava Pa 4 (Added Value Application) I got  the following message:

AVAPA4

Unable to send message, error 27137.

Is it possible that Ava software is detecting a setting previously stored on the machine?

Ava Pa 4 displaying Error 27137

Hi Merita,

You are right. This occur when Ava software is detecting a previous setting stored on the machine. To fix that, it is really simple.

 

1. Login as Ava Supervisor.

2. Go to Setup and choose Email. (See image below)

3. Select "General Email routing" >> "SMS user" and "Save settings." (See image below)

It will now over write the previously stored Ava settings with the correct values.
