Avast installing error add-ons for Internet Explorer

Hello,

When I want to install this plug-in for my antivirus Avast this error appears and I can’t figure why is not working since they are compatible with each other. Can anyone help me please to fix this one ? How can I make this work ?

Avast installing error add-ons for Internet Explorer

Hi Derrick,

 

It is unfortunate that Avast has some compatibility issues with Internet Explorer. There is no short cut way to get around it as it is a problem that Avast has to address. 

 

However, you can try solving this issue by updating both the softwares to their latest version. This will solve your issue as the latest Avast software is compatible with the latest Internet Explorer.
