Avast will not be able to protect outgoing mail

Hi TechyV,

The problem is with my antivirus Avast. While sending a mail, it has thrown an error message. It says, "Avast will not be able to protect outgoing mail". My default browser is Mozilla Firefox. Have you any idea for the error?

Please help me to solve the problem.

Avast will not be able to protect outgoing mail

 

You will have to check The following:

1. Operating system.

2. Avast update file.

3. Errors in the system.

Sometimes you need to check some registry errors. Then if still doesn't work out. You will have to reinstall the Software. First, reinstall the antivirus. Then if it doesn't work with that way, Reformat and reinstall the whole program, including the Operating System.

Avast will not be able to protect outgoing mail

Hi Jettphoenixx,

This error that you are getting because of setting that by default scans all the outgoing mails or incoming mails, while the setting may have been disturbed if you have updated your operating system recently.

The problem is because you have not been able to successfully install your windows update. Try to fix your operating system update and then see if it resolves your issue.
