Hello,

When I turned on my PC this error appeared on my desktop. I think it was created by my antivirus and I don’t know how to solve it. It appears every time I open my PC and the reinstall is not helping. Any solution for this error ? How can I solve this ?

This problem is caused by outdated security software certificates. In other words, you're using a version of AVG antivirus which has long ago become obsolete. There is no way to fix this other while keeping the current version and, as you've noticed, not even reinstallation can help. The only way to fix this problem is to do the following steps:

1. Visit the official AVG website by clicking here and then click the download link

2. After the utility has downloaded, run it and wait for it to finish removing all AVG files. After it's done, restart your computer.

3. Find and manually remove these folders.

C:Program FilesAVG or

C:Program files(x86)AVG (for 64bit OS)

C:Documents and settingsAll usersApplication dataAVG8

C:Documents and settingsAll usersApplication dataAVG9

C:Documents and settingsAll usersApplication dataAVG10

4. Install the latest version of AVG antivirus from the official website.
