After I update my Laptop Anti-Virus Protection with the Avira Anti-Virus Software I still get a message that my Virus Protection in my Laptop still OUT OF DATE, I am a bit confused because my Avira Anti-Virus is already active but the message is still in there.
What to do?

Avira Antivirus is out of date even after updating
How much days for you brought that. As most of the anti-virus are for 1 year use after passing the year you are not protected, but you said your anti-virus is active so you have date left and also update your anti-virus so it might be about your component. First open your Avira application and see that all of your component are enable.
If not enable them, if it does not work than you have to re-install it. If it does not work also there are problem with your setup file of your Avira. So you have to download it again and re-install it again.
Avira Antivirus is out of date even after updating
It could be that you product key has already expires and so it needs to be activated again by purchasing a new license of the Avira Anti Virus. You can also try changing other anti virus software like Eset or AVG. In the mean time you can download trial versions of other anti virus software just for protection. You can also download Microsoft Security Essentials if you have Microsoft operating system it is free as long as you have a validated Microsoft product.
Please don't do anything stupid like manipulating the software or using illegal patch or keys to activate your product. It is against the law.
