AWAC – AST Unable to enter data application mode!

Hi guys,

The problem is with my Acoustic Surface Tracking (AST) running with AWAC. Have a look at the screenshot below.

It is Unable to enter data application mode. If you have any idea for the issue, please help.

How can I get a remedy of this issue?

Good day Mr. Alexander,

Regarding to your problem, about the Acoustic Surface Tracking software, try to check the program first, if there’s something wrong then repair it or scan the program with any reliable antivirus software. If you find threats, then remove it. If there are no threats, uninstall the program and reinstall it. If the error still appeared then contact the manufacturer of the product. Maybe you have a corrupted software product.
