Hello Techyv,
My colleague sent me an email with files that need to be translated, but Babylon can t translate pdf files.
The only thing I did recently was to update my anti-virus software and restart my computer; I have also made sure that adobe reader works with Babylon as I have worked on a document last night.
What should I do?

Hi,
If you want to open your PDF files and getting an error while open a file so you have two options to resolve that issue.
Â
1- Â You can use Acrobat reader it has easy options to configure.
2- Â You can delete your current PDF editor and get an updated editor so you will have no issue after that.
Â
Thanks,
