Babylon can't translate pdf files. Does it have something to do with my settings? If so what should I do to get it working? I have already set and configured Babylon to Max but still doesn't work? Please let me know the correct way of setting this up as I might have messed it at the onset.
Babylon unable to translate PDF files
First of all you will need to uncheck this Check markÂ
edit=>perferenve=>general=>use only certified plug-in
After you did uncheck this , go to this location
…..Babylon-ProUtils
Copy BabylonRPI.api and paste it in ……AdobeReader 8.0Readerplug_ins
Now close the webpage where babylon is open and Close the Adobe Reader as well
Now Reopen these both And Enjoy !!!
Babylon unable to translate PDF files
Hello Cynthhia,
Yes, You can translate PDF files using Babylon. In order to do that first you need to do couple of things.I have shown the steps below what settings you need to change.
-
First  Open the Adobe Reader and go to 'Edit' menu and select 'Preferences'.
-
From there you select General and uncheck the checkbox in 'Use Only Certified Plug-in'.
-
Then close the Adobe Reader.
-
Go to the location you installed Babylon normally in your Programs files.
-
Open Babylon folder and go to Utilities folder.
-
Copy the BabylonRPI.api file and come back to your Program files folder.
-
Now go to your Adobe folder and go to Reader X.0 folder and go to Reader folder and finally go to Plug-ins folder.
-
Now paste the file there.
That is it.Now Open the adobe file and Babylon will translate your files.
Thank you.
