Backing up thru windows live mail recovery

My computer has crashed, and there are certain message I have to recover.

How would I select that certain message to back up using windows live mail recovery?

Backing up thru windows live mail recovery

Hi,

I’m sorry to know that your computer has crashed. Don’t worry; I can help you recover your important mails. Please follow these steps:

• Close Windows Live Mail.
• C:UsersusernameAppDataLocalMicrosoft
• Right click on the Windows Live Mail folder.
• Please select “Restore Previous Version”.
• Choose the most recent date to restore and click ‘Restore’.
• Once you have restored to a previous date, you can restore back to a future date.
• Now, open Windows Live Mail. All your emails should be there.

Backing up thru windows live mail recovery

Hello,

Your computer crashed its ok and don't worry i can recover your important mails.

Please follow below steps

Firstly u have to close the Windows Live Mail.

Secondly you to open this C:UsersusernameAppDataLocalMicrosoft and then right click on Windows Live Mail folder and than select “Restore Previous Version”.And than choose the mst nearest or recent date to restore and press ''Restore'' and than open your ''Windows Live Mail'' and than your data will be there.
