How to make iPhone backup when it is in recovery mode? Specially iPhone 4?

HI, Onlineguy!

 

There may be a solution to this problem but it is not 100%. Tinkering with your gadget is the least you should do especially when you don't know what you're doing. No experienced user should be messing around with the RamDisk at Recovery mode, you will only make things worse for yourself.

 

I may suggest an application where in you can browse your files while the phone is booting. Download iExplorer and install it. Plug in your device and check if it reads it. And it should. Not unless your phone is in too deep. But rest assured, this should work.
