How does an Xbox 360 console detect that it has been modified that caused it to be automatically banned when connecting to Live service?

Banning for Xbox 360 Consoles

Hello,

Microsoft banned Xbox Live service to modified console, According to Microsoft, Console found with unknown Firmware will not to be tolerated, As per them its for security reason, Thou never reported any breach of security in the system, Microsoft banned people who uses racist, sexist, gross, violent, etc, Now I am sending you a link which contain all the information related to Microsoft Xbox Live services
