Barcode manager is unable to create object store

Hi experts,

I am unable to create object store at or access to the database file is not allowed. What could be the reason? How can I remove these errors? I have searched online but need your assistance so guide me properly.

Barcode manager is unable to create object store

Please do the following:

1. Click setting > security > account management

2. Click the user account currently used t=by the user of the barcode manager .

3. You have to click the button that says Member of Tab. You need to click Add Role and add to the roles of users the CMDB Managers. You need to do this because you need to increase the permissions of the barcode manager so you can access all data.

5. Lastly, click on Save Changes.
