Basic Usage of Microsoft Office Groove
The Microsoft Office Groove 2007 is for creating and working in shared workspaces. After the MS groove is installed, you can start creating workspaces that contain the information files you want to share with your workmates. Simplest level a workspace can simply be a folder on your desktop containing files that other member need to access. Also it can contain any of the more sophisticated collaboration tools that come in the package, or that you create yourself.
After you’ve created a workspace you can start inviting people or workmates to join. If they have already installed Groove they will receive the invite as an IM from the application itself. When it is all done any of its members can work on its content, whether they are connected to the Internet or not.
