Best available plug in safari iPad for download?

What are the top plug-ins for Safari on iPad?  My friend gave me ideas for plug in Safari iPad. Just asking for opinions.

Best available plug in safari iPad for download?

Hello dear,

There are two good applications which can be used for this purpose and I was also using that application. First one is that which I was using Safari Download Manager in conjunction with iFile for a while, but there is a problem because Safari Download Manager does not work with iOS 5 update.

So I recommend you to use Application Filer which is the second one and it is a very good application. I am also now using it. You can view your downloaded also in this application and also it has no issue with any iOS.
