I’m planning on buying a new smartphone for my personal use. Can anyone suggest the best budget smartphone for students with the best camera, a chipset for heavy usage, gaming and also a better display?

By budget, I would consider it to be around 10k-20k. The budget phones nowadays are so aggressive on performance and quality, that they cannot be considered anything less than a premium phone.
So coming to my top 3 picks:
• Realme 3 pro ( starting from Rs.13,999 ):
This smartphone comes with snapdragon 710 chipset, so no worrying about a lag while playing any high-end games.
Has an LCD panel. It’s not bad considering the price.
It also comes with Sony IMX519; this allows you to click some great photos. But it slightly oversaturates the images.
It comes with VOOC charger in the box.
CON: It comes with Widevine l1 support, but for some reason currently Netflix and amazon prime doesn’t offer HD streaming for this device.
Over saturation of rear camera photos.
• Redmi Note 7 pro ( starting from Rs.13,999 ):
Comes with the latest Snapdragon 675 chipset. This is good for a day to day usage and also helps you to play high-end games with ease.
Has an LCD Panel.
It comes with Sony IMX586. This lens allows you to click some good photos with a natural color, unlike Realme 3 pro, which tends to oversaturate most of its photos.
It comes with led notification and IR blaster which allows your mobile to act as a remote controller.
CON: It has the biggest camera bump which makes the lens prone to scratches.
Frame drop issues while capturing a video during bright sunlight.
For some reason even though being a great chipset it renders a choppy asphalt 9.
960 fps slow motion video is just a gimmick.
• Samsung galaxy M30 ( starting from Rs.14,990 ):
This is a better option in the budget segment if you are only into Samsung.
This phone is way better in terms of display since it has an AMOLED panel which helps it to give a better battery life compared to the other two.
Bagged with 5000mah of battery, helps it to last up to a day with heavy usage.
Camera performance is decent, I would not say that it’s bad or anything. It’s just that the camera at this price range is expected to be better than this considering the other two devices. But don’t be disappointed, it has an ultra-wide camera.
It comes with Exynos 7904 chipset which helps you to play high-end games but not at high graphics.
CONS: Its chipset is not up to the mark considering the price
