There some good add-ins available for Excel 2010. These add-ins will improve the functionality of excel and will also help to perform operations easier than before.

Change Units : Provides parse able units conversion as well as conversion to and from standard metric units.

Cells Assistant : Built-in Special Cells dialogue and easy access to other functions.

Trim Spaces : Helps to remove leading and trailing spaces in selected cells manually.

Excel Utilities : A bundle of utilities with many features.

Ultimate Add-in : Create bookmarks, find duplicates, increase the number of undo (up to 100), protect multiple sheets, remove worksheet/book protection and many more in this add-in.
