There are best value laptops on eBay. There are cheap brand new laptops with specs perfect for both gaming and office use.

Minimum specs should be:

1. Memory size: 4GB DDR3

2. CPU Type: Intel Core i5-3317U 1.7GHz

3. Graphics Card : Intel HD Graphics 4000

4.Communication: Gigabit LAN and WLAN

5. CPU Speed: 3317U(1.70GHz)

Other than eBay there are a number of sites that offer affordable laptop at reasonable prices such as amazon and a few other's.But the number one site from which you can get a good laptop with a lot of RAM and hard disk space is this site offers the best and most affordable prices on laptops and a wide range of other fantastic products.
