I am searching for an IDE for windows that can be better compatible with windows and do not create any problem for me. If someone knows then please send me the URL of the Best PHP IDE freeware for windows, so that I can download and continue my work.

Best PHP ide freeware for Windows

Hi,

There are a lot of IDE’s for PHP for Windows. You can use Netbeans, It’s relatively fast and free to use. You can also use nusphere PHP Editor. It’s not a proper IDE but better than a notepad editor. Eclipse PDT is also a good choice for developing PHP applications. I hope these options will suit your requirement.

• Notepad ++
• NuSphere PhpED
• PHP Desginer
• PhpStorm
• Netbean

Notepad ++ is freeware and is also compatible with Microsoft windows.

Visual Web Developer and Visual Basic Editors are the best Window IDEs those are mostly recommended for the code editing by developers. You can use this software very easily and will find no problem while working with these.

All of these are User Friendly and are supported on Microsoft Windows but Alleycode is considered as a very good IDE for PHP while if you want to see preview also PHP Coder does it and is much helpful.

There are many free PHP IDE are available to choose from. But professionals use PDT 2.0 or PHP Development Tools. It is by far more stable and complete PHP IDE. It has more features than any other IDE such as Netbeans and Zend Studio or Aptana Studio. And it's free. These are available for Windows OS. To download go to the website below.
