Best soft to draw logical schemes in the market

Hello! I would love to illustrate the relationships in a country using logical schemes but I have not been able to figure out which one would best suit. If you have an idea of some soft to draw logical schemes, kindly share with me indicating some of the strengths associated with that particular one. A comparison of two or more in terms of capabilities, ease of use and price will be highly appreciated.

Best soft to draw logical schemes in the market

 

Hello,

 

The best tool for this is Microsoft Visio, which comes in the Office suite.  If you don't have one then buy it.  It is the best tool.  In addition to logical schemes, you can draw database relationships and all kinds of graphs.  It is really easy to learn since it comes with large help file, which you can use to understand Visio.  Regards.
