Best Software for Converting .chm file to PDF Format for Mac PC

Hello!

Can anyone give me comments or suggestions on my list of software I could use, I have hundreds of EBooks on my MAC and most of them are in .chm format, I want to convert them into .Pdf because I like it more that way. I want some suggestions on these software I looked up on the internet before I purchase.

I am a busy person and I don't want to go online every time I want to convert my files so please don't suggest if I could just go online and convert them. Well anyway, here are my lists, feel free to give your opinions, objections, reactions to them, you may also add if it isn't on the list.
