Hi I see this problem in my computer when I send mail to my friends.
When I send mail then windows show this error message.
"Could complete the "Send Mail To" command because an unspecified error occurred in the email software. Â
Check that the email software is installed and properly configured"Â
Why do I see this error and what is the problem on my computer?
Anybody knows what’s happen on my computer.
Please tell me and help me solve this problem.
Thank you
A big problem in Card Scan
This could be because your CardScan is not configured to use the email program that you have installed.
You should open your CardScan and on the Edit menu choose Preferences. Click the email button and highlight the email package that you are using. After you click Ok, check if it is working.
Another option if you are using Vista you can do this: Start > Default Programs > Set Program Access and Computer Defaults.
You would need an administrator password here. Choose the type of configuration you like such as browsing the internet or sending emails then click okay.
Another option is to prompt regedit in the Run and locate this key: HKLMSoftwareMicrosoftWindows Messaging SubsystemMSMapiApps.
If there is no file cs.exe, create it and set the value to the email software you are using.
