BitDefender 3.5 Management Server Connection Error

I have installed BitDefender Version 3.5 and have been using it for less than 5 months.

Recently, it does not connect to the Management server and gives out an error message: "Error connecting to the BitDefender Management Server.

The BitDefender Management Server service is stopped or the port value is incorrect!"

Birdifender Management Server service is stopped or the port value is incorrect This Message symbolizing that there are some sort of problem that you need to solve or check before connecting to the server.

Need to check to perform a connection to Biddiffender Server Manager

  • Check your MAC ( make sure your mac is accessible to the server)
  • Check your IP ( make sure your IP is not Restricted)
  • Is there any Virus infected system file that may cause this prevention. 
  • Is Birdifender Management Serve Login Settings is correct.

Confirm these fact.

Well, this error occurs because of the server login to the BitDefender Management. To fix this

  • You have to login server completely
  • Hope your mac & IP address is okay
  • And there is no block files
