I have installed BitDefender Version 3.5 and have been using it for less than 5 months.
Recently, it does not connect to the Management server and gives out an error message: "Error connecting to the BitDefender Management Server.
The BitDefender Management Server service is stopped or the port value is incorrect!"

Need to check to perform a connection to Biddiffender Server Manager

Check your MAC ( make sure your mac is accessible to the server)

Check your IP ( make sure your IP is not Restricted)

Is there any Virus infected system file that may cause this prevention.Â

Is Birdifender Management Serve Login Settings is correct.
Confirm these fact.
