Bitdefender has encountered an error while loading the scan log file

Hi,

After a scan of my PC while I was trying to load the scan log file this error appeared. I don’t know why but I could load it before. Can anyone please help me to load this ? What could be the problem ?

If you were able to successfully scan your computer then this is probably a minor problem. But normally after a scan, you can load the log to see the details of the previous scan. Since this is what’s happening with your antivirus, try restarting your computer. Open Bitdefender again and see if the log of the previous scan can now be accessed.

If it is a glitch the log should open and display the details. But if not then there is probably something wrong. Try doing a quick scan and let it finish. After the scan, open the log again and see what happens. If the log opens then it is an isolated problem. But if the same error appeared then there is something wrong with the program.

In this case, you can either ignore the issue since it is only the log that is affected and not the scanning and monitoring of your system or reinstall the antivirus.
