BitDefender missed some of my spam emails in outlook

The amount of spam emails I'm getting on my outlook is very alarming. I've been using Bitdefender for a couple of months now and it was working perfectly. Recently, it acted as if it didn't filter some of my spam emails. I am very impatient when it comes to deleting spam. I tried adding the sender of the missed spam on the spammers list but I am still consistently getting tons of spam emails. So I tried clearing the database as advised on another forum. So far, I got no success in fixing my problem.

 If someone knows how to deal with this feel free to post your solutions.

Dear! Melissa Howard,

You have mentioned, that for a couple of month  your antivirus program was working properly. But now this is not. Please confirm that did you update your virus definition or program yet? If not please do it immediately.  You have to do this almost every day as this file size is very small . Otherwise its size will be bigger.

Updating is very important because, viruses are progressive and it is also updated daily. If your virus definition failed to define it as a virus or spam, it allows the spam to activate.So, updating your antivirus may solve your problem.

Hi Melissa,

If your bit defender can’t handle all the spam in your PC, then choose another one. Use Kaspersky antivirus.

 

Just download the trial version first if you want to test it before purchasing it, Here is the link, 

 

Use also Ccleaner to clean all your browse history, temp internet files, cookies.

 

It also has a registry cleaner to wipe out junk registry. Here is the link,

Hi Melissa Howards,

If you want to remove this  problem  you have to  change your security software. You can install your computer or laptop "Kaspersky Pure" .This is perfect for everyone.
