Hello friends,
Friends I need help, I got a new blackberry phone and I have the software to connect with the system. But I am not able to connect the device with the system through the software. It throws me an error with three options either to retry or repair neither cancel the process. I tried all the options none of them works. Please suggest me some solutions. Your help is appreciated.
The BlackBerry® Desktop Software cannot connect with this device.
If this device is rebooting or has dead battery, click Retry to attempt to reconnect once the device reboots.
If clicking Retry doesn’t connect the device, or the device isn’t rebooting with a charged battery, you might need to repair your software to correct the problem.
You can also click Cancel to stop trying to connect your device with the BlackBerry Desktop Software. To try again, you’ll need to disconnect and reconnect your device with your USB cable.
The BlackBerry Desktop Software cannot connect with this device
It seems that the program thinks that the phone is turned off because it can’t detect and connect the Smartphone to the software. Check your phone again if it is turned on or the battery is not about to die. If there is no problem with the battery and yet you cannot connect it to the software, try rebooting your Smartphone and connect it again.
In case the same problem happens again, try removing the software and then install it back. Check if this time your phone can connect to the software. If still not, click Repair in the dialog box and see if it works. If the problem continues, your Smartphone is probably running on BlackBerry 10 OS and if this is the case you need a different program for your handset designed for BlackBerry 10 Smartphones.
