This is the first time I use a BlackBerry Curve which I received from AT&T barely a week ago. Since I’m a BlackBerry newbie, there were things I don’t understand with the e-mails. I don’t know how to turn this off. I occasionally receive e-mails from the sender 3020 with the message “OZMAIL CI=” and combined with a long number. Since these come through yahoo account, I’m thinking that maybe these messages mean something. Are there any people out there who are also receiving the same message?
Blackberry: Turn off email OZMAIL CI=
Hello Fisher Hunt,,
I you need to stop the ozmail emails from coming to your email account on your blackberry phone, then you will need to text the STOP command to ozmail and they will stop sending you the messages, or you could also contact you cellular service provider and ask them to contact ozmail and tell them to stop sending you the emails on your phone.
The reply number that you may need to send the stop command is 4884, or you may change the options to the number depending on the email server that you are using.
Hope this helps.
