Blackspots on 24 inch Apple LED cinema Display

Hi,

2 weeks before I owned 24" Apple LED Cinema Display. It is amazing to see and feel! But yesterday I found black spots on the screen. So I went to the Apple store for service. They tested it and told me no black spots found on it. So I took it and came back again plugged in my home. But after 15 minutes I found same blackouts on it. I can't decide what to do. How can I solve my issue? Anybody faced this type of issue before? Please give me a solution for this problem!

Hi Jacqueline W Kinger,

I'm sorry to hear about the problem you are experiencing. If what you described is accurate, there is dust inside the panel due to sealing problems. This is a flaw in the design. I would advise you to take a picture when it appears and carry it back to the apple store. They need to disassemble it and clean it out.
