There are many application exists to create and blue-ray but I found HD movie maker with a lot of useful tools you can edit and convert Movies for best Blue-ray enjoyment and you can also create AVHDC burnt on DVD supported by PS 3 and other Blu-ray Players, but I would suggest you to try the trial version before you decide to buy it.
