Hello Any Hill,   There is no need to install Bluetooth driver in window 7, As these are automatically installed. But as you say you install them, So I think you installed which are not compatible with your device. Please ensure this. Also sometimes file sharing may be off. So go to connection, Then Bluetooth setting and then enables the file sharing on.

That problem has nothing to do with Windows 7 itself because it is a device-specific issue. With Bluetooth connection, it is not enough that other devices see your Bluetooth-enabled computer.
