Bluetooth from laptop to iPhone problem

I’d like to transfer photos from my laptop to my iPhone and vice versa through Bluetooth but it did not work. I tried to troubleshoot the problem but still the transfer cannot be done. I know that I can use the cable but I want to use this Bluetooth feature of my Sonny Vaio laptop to my iPhone 4. Can someone help me with this?

Hi,

There is no problem in your nor in your Sony Vaio Laptop. It is so because the file transfer between computer and iPhone is not supported by iPhone. IPhone can’t send or receive files to a computer using Bluetooth. So what you have to do is to use cable for this purpose and then you will be able to transfer files.

However if even then you want to transfer files via Bluetooth you have to download an application called Celeste. You can download it here

This is a very good application for iPhone and people waited for a long time to have this application. You can have this application just in $9.99.

Bluetooth from laptop to iPhone problem

The problem that you are facing is that your Bluetooth device drivers does not successfully installed. When you try to install your Bluetooth peripheral device some of its components installed but some of it does not install successfully due to which you your device get started but does not compete correctly what you have to solve your problem. Connect your device with your system via a data cable and search for the driver online to install the updated version of it. 

Now restart your computer and transfer your files.
