Hi there,
I have updated my Samsung Galaxy S4 from Android 4.3 to KitKat 4.4.1 and my Bluetooth pairing is constantly rebooting my phone, am getting an error log that Bluetooth pairing has stopped working, then my phone vibrates and switches off, what could be the problem? How do I get Bluetooth pairing working without a restart?
Bluetooth pairing rebooting my Phone
Hello Barbara, Yes, the initial kitkat release had several issues, thanks God, you only faced 1 Actually, even if you do the hail lot amount of testing, you can never guarantee that this kind of integration issue won’t occur; issues get patches that’s it. Kitkat update 4.4.3 should fix such issues instantly, because it is claimed to have resolution of all known kitkat issues. Regards

If your phone keeps rebooting, check if your battery is full. If you only have one bar of charge, go recharge your phone’s battery. It can also be a sign of a failing battery. If your phone’s battery is old, you can try buying a new battery to replace it. On the other hand, if you have other problems with your phone, try factory resetting it from Recovery Mode.
With the phone completely off, press and hold the Volume Up, Home, and Power buttons simultaneously until the logo appears. When the logo appears, release the Power button but continue holding the other keys. When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release all buttons. To navigate between the options, press the Volume Up/Down buttons. To select or Enter, press the Power button.
Now, press Volume Down and go to “wipe data/factory reset” then press the Power button to select. Next, press Volume Down and go to “Yes — delete all user data” then press the Power button to select. Android will begin clearing your phone’s data so just wait. When it is finished, go to “reboot system now” and press Power.
Note: before doing this, backup your phone’s data to the memory card and then remove the memory card and SIM card from the device.
