Change the default startup sound in Windows
First is you need to have a WAV file for your sound effects, so if you have an mp3 format in your sound effects , rather convert it into WAV format first. Second is save your WAV file to a drive or folder that you can easily access it. Now click the start menu then control panel then select sounds and audio devices then click the sounds tab. Below you can see the program events, now you need to scroll down and find the start windows, once done click the browse button and find the WAV file that you save in your folder, then click apply then OK.
Change the default startup sound in Windows
If you want to change your start up sound, It is very simple to change the default startup sound to a custom sound. You can also put your favorite or desired music file our sound clip at startup of your computer.
Follow the instructions to change start up sound.
• Go to Control Panel then Double Click on Sound and Audio Devices.
• Another window related to your Sound Settings will appear
• Now click on the Sound and audio devices tab below the Menu bar.
• Go to sound and select the “start windows” which you can see below after you scroll.
Now browse for your desired sound file, Click on OK and then Click on Apply
To check that it is working or not, just log off and then log in back in your window.
The only problem is that your sound should be in .wav format. So you can get free converter from the net to convert your MP3s into .wav.

Change the default startup sound in Windows
Hello sourov_00
The first thing to do is you have to know if you have .wav files to change your windows sound.
Go to start >> click control panel >> go to sounds and audio devices >> go to tab sounds and browse your .wav files.
You may change the way you like it.
It has different categories for different sound depending on your preferences.
Hope this one works for you.
