Hey,

An internal state error has occurred due to the upgrade for the software or can be due to the connection of the servers IP of the public IP or the static one. The same error can be occurred to many cross OS of the windows too. The network uses the VPN and the issues will be for the online VPN only. Below shows the supported OS for the same:
