Folder redirection in server 2008 used to redirect some special folders such as My document or documents, which is the default folder for a user to store, can be redirected to the server.

Yes, folder redirection is such a good idea for user data as it can improve the ways to achieve the target by faster logins and saving a lot of time of the user.
