Bright color scanning problem for canon

Hi There!

 

I use Cannon Scanner. I bought it from our IT market At first it was very good. But now it is not running well. It scanner photos accurately but output colour is not exactly. It scans only bright colour. But why?

I tried to scan normal colour but failed?

 

It always scans likes as normal yellow color and bright color.

 

Please help me.

Bright color scanning problem for canon

In this case I am giving you some option. You can try one after one for this.

First simple options just clean the glass of your scanner and give some time for cool. The reading module is so sensitive. For this clean carefuly. Clean with very soft towel and cleaning liquid. There is some LED unit. This creates light effect. Clean those much more carefuly.

Or may be the small ribbon cable is probably broken. Be sure about it. If it is broken then replace it.

Other option is open the top cover of scanner and press start button. You will see two white strips coming out from inside. If it is not coming then make one small tort, so that it can come out.
