There is possible that somebody deleted the shortcut icon in your desktop. Don’t worry about that, it is just a shortcut to your desktop. The real executable file is inside your computer program files. Just click “Start” then Click “All programs” then find the broad band or simply type the name of your broadband to the search box when you click start button then it will appear. But if that didn’t work, maybe somebody uninstall it to your computer. But don’t worry again for that, the solution for that is to install again your broadband to your computer. Just simply as that. If you can’t connect to the internet, try checking your internet connection. If your computer is connected to a Wi-Fi router, try resetting the router. If the router has a power button, press it to turn it off then unplug it from the power for about 10 to 20 seconds. Press any button on the router to drain any leftover power or to power cycle.

After this, plug the router back to the power and turn it on. When the router is ready, try connecting to the internet again and see if it works. Also, check the network cable connecting your computer to the Wi-Fi router. Disconnect the network cable from the network port at the back of the CPU then plug it back in.

Do the same thing on the network cable on the Wi-Fi router.
