Your first option is reset printer. It is a simple way for reset printer. In order to reset printer you need to follow these few steps.

Your first work is turn power off the printer that you want to reset. Then hold STOP/RESET button and at the time of holding that power on the printer. When you are holding POWER button at the same time release STOP/RESET button. Next push STOP/RESET button for two times. Wait for a moment about 20-30 second 6. And then push STOP/RESET button again for four times. At last push POWER button for two times. After this process you will find it is being reseated.

Other option is reinstall the driver software with new version. If there is no new version available then remove current driver software and then reinstall this driver software again.

  1. Have you made any changes recently on your printer or in the printer’s settings? If this is the case, please try to reverse what you have done.
  2. The printer will not be printing if its not connected to the computer. Check that the printer cable connecting your printer to the computer is firmly attached at both ends.
  3. Is your printer indicator lamp lit in another color than green (orange or red for example) or is your indicator lamp blinking?
  4. Check your printer manual for indications on what the color/blinking might mean.
  5. Make sure that you are printing to the printer you think you are doing.
  6. The      printhead needs to be able to move freely. Open the cover on the printer and check that no paper is hindering the movement of the printhead.
  7. Make sure your paper tray is not empty, nearly empty or jammed full. All these conditions might cause your printer problems since the paper feeding mechanism will not operate.
  8.  Make sure you have ink in your ink catridges.
