Buffer overflow in mcafee anti-virus

We have the same problem with our McAfee anti-virus, the "buffer overflow". Every few minutes, it pop-up a message box saying buffer overflow with some messages.

It is distracting in our work, if we close it, It will pop-up again.

What are we doing is drag it to the low side of our monitor to keep it hidden without closing it.

Do we need to replace our anti-virus?

What is a buffer overflow in McAfee?

The buffer overflow is because when you have some viruses detected on your computer and you have no memory on your drive and you the MAC fee is installed on your drive C. that why is is again and again pop up the message box and display the error that memory buffer overflow . To free you memory buffer what you have to do is go to the setting of your MAC fee and select the buffer option then you have two options

1. Increases the size of your antivirus buffer

2. Free the previous data which is stored in the buffer delete it and clean your buffer.

The first option again depends upon the size of your hard disk if don't have enough memory then you can't do it.
