Business Requirement Document is a list of goals needed to achieve success and provide excellent service and value. This is often used to describe requirements of a product.

Use case Document is more of a document that contains one-by-one steps that must be followed in order to achieve a goal listed in BRD.

Hello Joey,

“Business Requirement Document” is a detail oriented document that provides a contract between a supplier and a client.

The main advantage of “Business Requirement Document” is the high level review.

On the Other side, Use Case is a graphical representation which is used to describe a set of actions that a system should perform in collaboration with other external users of the systems.

There are so many advantage of Use Case. The most important advantage is it’s managing quality of complexity.

The main advantage of Use Case is, it can’t capture non-functional requirement easily.

Thank You.

Paul Jolie.
