Hi!

I want to buy new monitor. I am thinking of buying Samsung LS19D300NY/XP 18.5'' LED. What are the specifications with this monitor? Have you tried using on of Samsung products? What are the features offered by this monitor? In technical support, do they provide 24-hour technical support or this is just another disposable monitor if there’s any problem. Can you provide me the price of this monitor in the market? What are the ports available for this monitor? Please provide me answers. Thank you!

The price of this monitor is $89 to $150 and will depend on the sizes available.

Specifications of Samsung LS19D300NY/XP 18.5'' LED.

1.    Aspect ratio is 600:1

2.    Maximum resolution supported is 1366 x 768

3.    1 D-Sub port and connector and power port and connector included.

4.    With user manual.

5.    Power supply for 100-240 V

6.    13 W power consumption

I have used some of the products of Samsung especially computer monitors and TV sets. The quality of the picture and the screen itself is different than any other monitors. The screen is like a glass and much harder and thicker than others. The technical support is always open 24/7. You just have to wait for at least 5-7 minutes on hold. Technical support will vary on the level of representative who will assist you. If they cannot resolve it, they will escalate it to higher officer.
