CA vast Tray Icon: AvastUI.exe – Application Error

Fort the last two days I am getting the following error message.

CA vast Tray Icon: AvastUI.exe – Application Error

The installation at 0x0000000070C479B0 reference memory at

0x00000000050F0000. The required data was not placed into memory

because of an I/O error of 0xc000009c.

Click on OK to terminate the program

How can I get rid of this? I have never faced any problem like this before.

Please help.

CA vast Tray Icon: AvastUI.exe – Application Error

Hi,

The issue arises if you've recently changed some hardware or software on your system. So first and foremost run system restore to revert back to older settings to check whether they solve your problem.
