Calling Avaya IP Softphone from home crashes

I need to communicate with my co-workers via Avaya IP Softphone from home.  Why is it that my call hangs then crashes?  It also frequently does not connect to the call server.  I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.  Thanks in advance.

Calling Avaya IP Softphone from home crashes

The Avaya IP softphone is a good application for communicating with others over the internet.

It is very cheap and easy to use.

I think part of your Avaya application may have crashed, so it is not working properly. As a result, when you try to call someone, it hangs up.

I suggest you download the latest version of Avaya IP softphone and install it again.
