Camtasia Studio shows fatal error

Hi,

When I open Camtasia Studio I can’t record any screen activities on my computer because am getting an error as shown below. What graphic card is needed here? How do I know it is compatible with Quartz Extreme?

Quartz Extreme Required

Camtasia requires a graphics card that is compatible with Qartz Extreme. One or more of your graphics cards does not support Quartz Extreme.

Camtasia Studio shows fatal error

Hi Margarete,
The error is because the graphic card is not compatible with Quartz extreme.
The solution to it is:
1) Open the ‘System Profiler’
2) Click ‘Graphics/Displays’ under Contents
3) In the Right Pane under ‘Display’, look for Quartz Extreme and Core Image lines.
4) Check that Quartz Extreme and Core Image lines are supported
