Can Anyone Provide Me A Data Center Migration Plan Template

Hi, a few months ago, I shifted my data center and would love to share whatever I learnt. You can follow the complete plan on the below attachment, and alternatively, I have provided a few things which according to me you should definitely keep in mind below. https://static.spiceworks.com/attachments/post/0011/8136/Action_Plan_for_DC_Shift.doc

1. Make sure you know approximately how long the process is going to take. Start as early as you can, don’t underestimate the time it could take.

2. Come up with a floor plan for the new data center, keeping in mind your earlier data center. Identify points of improvement and use them.

3. Your checklist should cover the following:

a- Fiber Optic

b- Power

c- UPS

d- Network Cable – Network Room

e- Network Cable – Office

f- Shelves

g- Racks

h- Cupboards

i- Cooling

j- Ventilation

k- Network Equipments (Printers, Scanners etc)

l- Tools Required
