Is there any alternative method to install apps and storing media files without using ITunes??

Unfortunately using Itunes will always be the preferred method for uploading Apps and Media Files to you apple device. 

The only other way is to what is referred to as "jailbreaking" your Apple device, this not only voids your guarantee, but can also seriously harm your device.

So stick to Itunes, which is specifically made for this purpose.

 I think there is another way.

 -using ITunes will always be the preferred method for uploading  to you apple device.

 -but there is software called ifunbox he can do de same like iTunes end much more however your device is not a jailbroken iPhone, you can download for free from here:
