To convert a Word File to PDF, you can download an Add-on to MS Word. When you download it, you will find the PDF option in the Save As menu. Click on that option to change the DOC File to PDF. After that, the PDF version of the file will open up.
That will be a normal PDF. You will have to make it Editable. Click on Tools menu in the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Select Forms, and then create. Now, click on “Existing File” and “Current Document.” Acrobat Reader will try to figure out the Editable Blanks. Remove the unnecessary ones and save your PDF.
