Hi,

I recently purchased a Luxor LUX-40-914-TVB 40 inch tv with full HD (1080p) and dynamic contrast ratio of 8000:1.  It has a clear and crisp picture when you view it directly.  But I noticed that when I view it from an angle, the picture is dark and is somewhat like watching a negative.  Is that a setting problem?

Hi Jolleyuliana,
You are getting issue when you view it from an angle so your issue has two reasons first checks that it has a flat screen mode only for viewing or all and second if it has all angle mode for viewing and you are unable to watch clearly so report it to support members of Luxor TV service. Hopefully this information will help you.
