Can I have centralized control remote pcs while on the go?

Hi.  my job requires me to be on the go most of the time.  Is it possible to have a centralized control remote pcs so I can access and monitor calls and emails from home and office?  Most areas that I go to have 849 MHz frequency while PCS operates in the 2 MHz band.
