Can I make free outbound calls from Skype?

I would like to set my Skype Number as the contact number for my retail store.I have a need to make outgoing calls at my store.

Can I make free outbound calls from Skype?

No, it is not possible to make free outbound calls via Skype. You can call only to those persons free who are in Skype. If you want to make calls to landline or mobile phone then you have buy Skype credit via your credit or debit card or PayPal. There is no other way.
